Telephone Interview This effort is to interview (virtually) 60 individuals (30 patients, 15 providers, and 15 policymakers/administrators)
to solicit feedback on their experience and thoughts on telehealth and virtual care services, specifically the equity and value of these services.
The findings from these interviews will inform the development of recommended policy changes, industry training, and other online tools.
