This webinar describes the key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter most when measuring the impact of telepalliative care. We used EHR and billing records from one large health system to develop KPI indicators. These include: access, timeliness of consultation, hospital length of stay, discharge outcomes, cost savings, readmissions, and patient and provider satisfaction.
